Reiki and Spiritual Treatments
Judy Sturgis, owner and Director of Stripes Fitness is also a Level 4 Reiki Master Teacher. Over the past few years we have found that many of the physical problems of members who have come to us have an emotional or spiritual cause. For example, limiting beliefs or blocks that may be caused from an events or a chain of events in the past often cause problems in the body. Showing themselves in many ways. Back problems, migraines, persistent illness and difficulty losing weight are only the tip of the iceberg. We have found that combining Reiki with positive motivational guidance and good, appropriate training gives the client health and fitness, but also something just as important, wellbeing and a better more tranquil and peaceful life with clearer vision and direction. Many of our members have found Reiki such a helpful component in their lives that they have gone on to become trained in Reiki themselves.
